Shipping costs
Delivery of products within Hungary costs HUF 1290 (the prices include VAT).
Summer delivery will occur between June 1st and August 31st (or when conditions require it).
We use thermal boxes (cardboard lined with thermal insulation sheets) to deliver the orders in high quality, with ice packs guaranteeing the quality of products at chilled temperatures during the 24-hour delivery.
This ensures that our Belgian chocolate-coated products are delivered safely in the summer heat.
Price of the thermal packaging: 2590 HUF

PACKING COSTS
Packaging for ordered products is handled by us; we do not charge extra.
HOME DELIVERY
GLS Hungary delivers shipments directly to your home or even workplace. GLS will deliver to the address you provide between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., excluding business days, prior to shipping. Please indicate a shipping address on your order where you will be available during the day. After submitting your request, you will receive an e-mail notification, in which you can inquire about the location of the package at GLS Customer Service using the tracking number. Customer service is available on 003629886700 on business days from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You can also access the parcel delivery service at the following website: http://www.gls-hungary.com./ You can inquire about the location and receipt of consignments that have already been sent at GLS.
When ordering with home delivery, check the integrity of the parcel upon receipt. It is extremely rare, but if the parcel is damaged, please arrange a report with the courier, who must also report any damage. In the absence of a report, neither GLS nor we can accept a complaint regarding a damaged parcel. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
